Chris Leo  is a retired New York State Correction Supervisor and Corrections expert. With over thirty years experience, he transitioned from working behind the walls to walking the halls of the New York State Capitol on behalf of his fellow correction employee's. This website is dedicated to the pursuit of the truth behind America's prison's.

For the past sixteen years, Chris has been a government affairs representative for two of New York State's largest public employee union's; representing over 75,000 member's.

Chris Leo is responsible for achieving over forty laws that improve law enforcement member's working conditions; including binding arbitration for collective bargaining, anti-privatization for correction officers in New York State, police officer status, heart-presumption laws and many more.

Chris has studied at Mercy College, Empire College and Cornell University. His degrees in Political Science, Criminal Justice and Labor Studies blend perfectly as he continues to pursue fairness for state employees in the state capitol.
